For Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories, all orders
below $500 will incur a $30 delivery fee. Orders of $500 and
above will be delivered for free.
On Yung Shue Wan, Lamma Island, orders of $500 and above will be
delivered for free. Regardless of order size, all customers must
also pay a third-party delivery fee from Kennedy
Town to Yung Shue Wan public pier.
Free delivery will be provided for each order value over HK$ 500.However, customer should pay HK$120 (Discovery Bay) or HK$40 (Ma Wan) tunnel fee if the delivery address is at Discovery Bay or Ma Wan.

When is delivery service unavailable?
Delivery service is not available if there is no legal
unloading area within 50 meters of the delivery address.
Delivery service does not include areas that cannot be
reached directly by our vehicles or buildings without
a functioning lift to the 3/F or above.
It is also unavailable when Typhoon Signal #8 or the Black Rain
signal is hoisted.
Delivery service is not available on: the first two days of
Chinese New Year.
In the case of the breakdown of a lift, every effort will be
made to deliver the goods or arrangements will be made to
re-deliver at a convenient time.

Pricing policy
Our prices change daily at midnight. The on-line store will
close for a few minutes before midnight to update prices and
promotions. You will always be charged the price that applied
when you placed the order for an item.
Promotional prices are valid within the promotional period only,
and only while supplies last.

Pre-ordering
With the exception of certain special promotions, you can
order six days in advance.

Reporting problems
If there are any problems with your order, discrepancies
must be reported within three days of receipt. You can report
the problem via telephone at 2870-8888, via fax at 2555-9622,
or by sending e-mail to:

What if I live on the Outlying Islands?
Deliveries are only available to Yung Shue Wan, Lamma Island.
Regardless of order size, all customers must also pay a
third-party delivery fee from Kennedy Town to
Yung Shue Wan public pier. Note that chilled and frozen foods
are not yet available for delivery to Yung Shue Wan. Deliveries
to Yung Shue Wan must be paid with credit card or an Options
Wellcome Card. Cash and cheque payments are not accepted.
